1 Place the burger ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2 Divide the mixture into 4 or 6 and shape into burgers.
3 Place under a preheated grill for 4-6 minutes each side, turning once until cooked thoroughly.
For the best beef burger serve with a tomato and watercress salad with a chilli vinaigrette and pitta bread.
